The Natural Medicine Centre was created to promote the
significant benefits and advantages of natural
medicines and related therapies to the public.
It was established by Peter Tumminello, a trained homeopath
and naturopath of many years experience. The centre is the
home of Peter’s work with essences and homeopathic medicines
made from crystalline substances, the gem
medicines. Peter has pioneered this work
around the world.
Peter works at the centre with associate practitioners:
Lesley Greig, Homeopath, Joanna Sochan, Naturopath and Dr
Jacqueline Barrett, Psychologist. The receptionist and
dispensary co-ordinator is Louise Kanjee who is also trained
in homeopathy.
The medicines prescribed at the centre are
holistic, positively affecting mind, body and spirit.
They are derived from minerals, gemstones, plants, flowers
and animal products. This vista of natural
substances has the potential to heal or
alleviate the symptoms of a vast number of physical
conditions as well as distressing mental and emotional
states. The practitioners at the centre prescribe these
medicines according to the homeopathic principal which is
‘like cures like’ also known as the ‘principal of
affinities’. Their efficacy has been established by
experiment and clinically tested by practitioners in this in
this field since the early 19th century.
The
practitioners treat a large variety of conditions as general
practice, we have developed a skilled and successful
approach to a number of specific conditions including
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and
Depression. We have clinically found that our
medicines and method of practice have a high degree of
efficacy for these conditions. |
